Legal As One was co-founded by Mr. Gerald Simmons and Mr. Thurmon Flood in the year of 2008 upon the collaboration of small business development and small business deterioration in Texas.  The deterioration of small business comes from not knowing the legalities of owning a business and under-funding business needs.  Here is where we focus most of our attention; which is putting the small business owners in the know and providing a well defined legal plan to assist the small business owner with their legal issues and business planning.
